Cancellation policy

"Monthly subscription, ships free" is a subscription that renews automatically. You pay for your first bag at checkout. After that, your saved payment method is charged once a month for your next bag at the current price until you cancel. Shipping is free on every subscription order.

You can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel at any time from your account on this site. Changes made before your next billing date apply to that order. You can also email colombianfarm@gmail.com and we will make the change for you.

Our coffee comes from one farm in small batches. If a batch sells out before your renewal, that month's order is skipped, you are not charged for it, and we will email you.

If a payment fails, we will try again up to three times, a week apart. If it still does not go through, the subscription is canceled and we will email you.
